With a strong foundation in commercial real estate valuation, financial modeling, and market analysis, Calvin brings invaluable insights garnered from his extensive experience.  Prior to joining NAI Capital Finance, he excelled as an appraiser at an industry-leading commercial real estate valuation firm, evaluating over 200 properties encompassing industrial, retail, office, and land assets, with a particular emphasis on multifamily properties.  His tenure as an appraiser included the valuation of multifamily properties exceeding $1 billion, spanning nearly 5,000 units, establishing him as a trusted authority in the Southern California apartment market.

Calvin holds both the Certified General Appraiser and Real Estate Salesperson licenses in California.  Furthermore, having completed a rigorous real estate financial modeling program, he is adept at developing institutional-grade models tailored for multifamily, retail, industrial, and office acquisitions, optimizing value-add and development strategies.
